Column is saturating now. Before now there were no radar returns as the moisture was below 3k but now moisture is showing up to 9k ft up ie. 725mb.
Flake size increasing drastically as the DGZ is saturating.
Next few hours are my game time! Hope to pull some impressive rates!

Probably would have a couple inches by now but the wind is blowing this stuff allllll over the place.

My uncle lives in newnan. He was just up in the area. Video called me and snow was coming down pretty good. It was sticking on sidewalks and cars

I’ve been using WSB storm team radar tonight Bc it’s been very accurate I’ll try to post a picture
That Precip is blowing accross the border around I40. Right around Mount Sterling. I think when we sneak it accross that’s where it usually happens. High winds in the perfect direction can do the trick.

Kinda strange that Carrollton is 32 and every location in every direction around them is at least 4 degrees warmer.

I’m not sure why, but Carrollton and Peachtree City always seem to get 3 to 5 degrees colder. Carrolton has also been under some heavier convection for the last hour or so

Maybe there's a nice snowpack in Carrollton currently that is causing them to be colder.
