06z NAM looked like it had a little more precipitation. Solid flurries and snow shower coverage in Alabama. It will be interesting to see what the 3km shows now that it is coming into range.

Will be interesting to see MRX's discussion later today.. whether they adjust their forecasts or not. Currently, they're not high on this much wrap around frozen moisture. Conservative boogers.
I think it is quite interesting reading the discussions on this from the various NWS offices. The Alabama ones are particularly interesting. HTX is saying that any precipitation in north Alabama will be cold rain outside of highest elevations. Meanwhile, BMX is explicitly forecasting the chance for flurries and snow showers all the way to Birmingham.
Good bit east for the first low... still too warm.. 
GFS looked about the same if not a tad better for Monday night.
For wave 2 the GFS has more snow showers and flurries for North Alabama and Georgia. Lol
Most GEFS members have snow somewhere east of the mountains in NC with the first wave. Some even have the northern upstate getting flurries.

System 2 keeps getting better and better for some. Pretty good hit here.

Yeah that system keeps getting juicer and juicer for sure.
Nam looks good for much of Tn Monday with some snow showers/flurries making it well south in Al even into parts of NGa
Sure it'll probably end up in fail but I wouldn't give up on this. Ridging trying to build over the top just need it to separate more from the lead system

Nam sucks For snow but the gefs/gfs tru to give NC some snow showers and they have the best case scenario with the ULL #flurrywatch2020
