I can't believe it but I have a dusting, it's mostly on the clover and mulch but it's white
Up to a trash can topper now. Also mulch. Also a big branch fell in the parking lot nearby overnight.
Starting to see some accumulation here in western Raleigh on elevated surfaces. This will probably go down as measurable at RDU
Still pouring down here in Lewisville (west of Winston). Standing at over 3.5 inches now. It's been a blast.

If you look close you can see big flakes. Great snow for a nice walk.

I made a big circle in the northern part of the county earlier and I saw at least four trees that had obviously fallen overnight.

Just drove up to the Sheetz in Hillsborough to get lunch and it’s pouring here! Snow was actually slushing up I-85 a little on the way here. Hope I can get back home okay. ?

Congrats to all those who scored on this event. It was a wild one in the warm sector. Ended up with 3.65" of rain, a TOR Warning at 02:50 just to my SW, a gust of 51mph at 04:40 (and the 8th earthquake in a week to my NE to boot lol).

Damn. Any north reports of Rougemont, Roxboro?
This has been a fail for them. The grass is mostly covered here in Alamance with many roads covered on snow as well. No advisory

Models did a pretty good job with this one,zeroing in.
From a few minutes ago driving into Hillsborough. Eating lunch now, then will be driving out again. Still absolutely hammering now.
Roads are slush covered. Have to figure it would be a lot worse if it weren’t noon right at peak solar radiation.
I commented a picture of the roads here on one of their posts. Maybe they'll take more notice.

Man, enjoy to those getting a beautiful snowy day! Have had a few flurries in and out and now sun is poking out. Looks like that last band might produce something but not optimistic.
