Temp climbing steadily up to 29.1 very light precip with nice glaze. Probably out of woods here by time heavier returns arrive should be above freezing
So, you are probably in the same part of the storm we were in around 6am this morning. We shot up 5 degrees but we have since cooled back to 36. We had a warm tongue at 850 keeping our temps up for the longest but that seems to be eroding.....finally.
I think I heard the obx are under a level one threat? at the supercells offshore on the MHX radar
Stoke it!Heavy winds are blowing the smoke back down our chimney making the fire alarm go off
Where are you? If you get a chance and don't mind, would you please add your location to your profile?Power out. Light to moderate snow falling.

Struggling with surface temps in town. Mostly melted off the grassy areas. But no complaints!Has tapered off in the north metro a bit. Looks like there are heavy returns to the south but they just disappear as they make their way up here.
Gulf what do you think abt our temps. Snowing but struggling to accumulateYou can see how the banding is rotating over the eastside of the metro. GFS might be onto something...we'll see.
