How long does it take a major volcanic eruption to cool things off for a bit? With Tonga going boom, praying that it’s VEI 5 or higher to maybe temporarily set us back to the days when it actually snowed around here.
HowI can’t say I’m excited about next week

LOL. I never thought of rooting for a volcano eruption for chance of better pattern. How long does it take a major volcanic eruption to cool things off for a bit? True but this was such a weird one with the clipper coming down and having to develop and transfer the low .. bound to screw up there but next week … idkkkkk it’s looking pretty cold in all layersSee: where this storm was 7 days ago and what we’re looking at now

If they get CAD in AL it will be one hell of a Wedge!Already arguments if CAD in Alabama or not. Gonna be a long day; probably time for a nap.
Some winters they miss in every direction. I have a feeling this is going to miss to the SE.See: where this storm was 7 days ago and what we’re looking at now

Duke Energy estimates 750,000 customers could lose power in Carolinas due to approaching winter storm; company ready to respond
The energy is moving due south and further west to meThe snow is further west than expected here. Lol
You know what that means…..The snow is further west than expected here. Lol
That would be a perfect track. ?
I would only expect snow in Georgia in the upper NE areas, north of Gainesville and the upper NW areas, Cartersville and to the NW of there. Everywhere else will have severe boundary layer issues.I think for Georgia we are highly dependent on CAD for any frozen. It’s precarious to think there would be any widespread accumulation on the backside. It’s always over modeled and almost never works out unless you luck out under a convective band.

Oh, it's a belated Christmas miracle! This is just about as real as the jelly of the month club. It is definitely going to take a hard left turn., It will just start earlier, making everyone enjoy a rain storm, except LA and Arkansas.
I’ll take “the low can’t do that lol” for 600
I see what you did there. This site is in trouble...
That is how 80% of us in the south win!I'll take overrunning any day over this ?
