Looks silly, the 1970s were remarkably cold due to those aerosols. It works but you have to constantly put them out they are not permanent... also when will we accept there is no such damn thing as baseline climate.. climate changes. ffs man scientists are remarkably stupid sometimes for such an educated groupThere isn't much discussion on the effects on the climate with stratospheric aerosol injection but I would imagine it's altering our weather one way or the other.

Current climate efforts need time, a luxury only stratospheric aerosol
We create global cooling by launching reflective, biodegradable, high-altitude clouds. main side effect: more vivid sunsets;)makesunsets.com

Last freeze was February 21st. If we don’t get another before spring truly arrives, that’s gotta be the earliest last freeze on record, right? Still a good chance we see another freeze, anyways, but something to monitor.
31 years ago today the blizzard of 93 was spawning tornadoes in Florida getting ready to hammer many areas in the southeast and up the east coast.
It’s what happened in 1993, so ya never know LOL.It ain’t snowed in prime climo, but we gonna score on A mid March snowstorm! Rad
just wait and the Garden thread will suffice starting in May. Soon as that Garden gets planted , we go death valley dry. Like Clockwork.I think we need a spring gripes/complaints/musings/deep thoughts thread
I’ve seen thunder snow and whiteouts with several other storms but to have something like that for hours on end was unreal. I’m so thankful I got to witness that.Had a front row seat 1993 in the mtns for the superstorm. Incredible experience. True Blizzard

Yes I’m fairly sure that it produced the largest surge on record in most of the Big BendHad no idea there was this level of surge in 93 in Florida. That’s insane
