You also have to learn the find the silver lining. Its not snowing, but 60's are great weather to take walks, fishing, hiking. These things we don't really want to do when it's 30 or 90...

To a point sure but 11-12 is just about the ultimate terrible pattern for the SE with the lingering vortex in west can/ak. At least this year we have seen some variability and might late this month

@SD Started my job 23 years ago. First winter we had the Dec 3rd bruiser coastal. The first 8-10 years from October to April we wore long clothes. Usually 2 pair of pants 3 shirts and a coat. Now it's January 6th and I'm in a short sleeve shirt with the big ceiling fan running. Somethings changing!
What if you just got used to it?
