Yeah my only hope is the winds are suppose to shift NW Saturday afternoon. That may allow it to calm down by Sunday but i dont it. Hopefully theyll offer rainchecks

Doo doo lapse rates and tropical sounding going to save us from a big tor outbreak. That said hard to not see a couple around in that setup
I’ve noticed with past events that the NAM 3km is terrible with mixing and is always significantly less with coverage than what actually happens .. especially in long range .. HRRR is maybe a bit robust and over hyped but the coverage is much more in line with what actually happens3k was a little meh at hr60. Has a similar disturbance that the 12k is keying out but it's much more mixed and less MLCape.
