I don’t even think it snows in Siberia when the low passes overhead. Next
Surely some low above the Arctic or below Antarctic circle is 100% frozen.
Southern portions of those Arctic Lows are rain.. Rain almost to the southern tip of Greenland.. some snow weenies are probably sweating it in Cape Farewell, Greenland:

Look at all that NE snow in the LR.
I take back my complaint in NC, best run in a while, Everyone else got bulldozed, while we got fairly good totals. One big dog kind of skews the mean.
