Right on cue. Last few years it has been blindingly hot by May 15th. Luckily this year the warm up won't be as ridiculous that early and we actually had a normal (even chilly) spring for nearly 3 months.Only a good 4-5 days of this cooler wx, enjoy it while it lasts bc once it gets hot, there’s no turning back
Where are the clouds SD! If they aren't here by midnight say hello to 27 degrees tomorrow morning. Temps plummeting down to 50/32 at RDU already after a high of 63.These clouds may work View attachment 41173

Same , 28-30 is looking inevitable at this point. Im sure you will be fine , you arent Raleigh which is renowned for its crystal clear windless night skies.Already down to 43. Not looking good.
42 now. I’ve got everything tarped with fans running. I thought about making fires but that’s too much.Same , 28-30 is looking inevitable at this point. Im sure you will be fine , you arent Raleigh which is renowned for its crystal clear windless night skies.
In all seriousness where are the clouds yall! Its already cold enough for frost
Temp has really flat lined over the last hour 39.2 at 11 and 39.0 now. The massive free fall is probably over and its just a trickle down from here on out. I figure we end up in the 34-35 range
No frost around here. So much for the big freeze down this way. At least the models haven't forgotten how to do winter forecasting right!
