The Macon area warned tornado is actually going to pass just south of the city. Byron, GA is getting slammed right now.
No wonder the BWER is visible from KFFC!
I hope Delta is okay.

This event would have been a High risk hasld the surface low been farther north with more instability and an EML. It may verify that in south GA anyways.

13 tornado warnings in Georgia currently. Looks like a train of them coming in from the Columbus area.

What’s your eta? That area looks clear for the moment but there are more coming. Provided nothing else spins up.
What gets me is the fact that there a threat next weekend that looks even more ominous then this one atm, wtf ??

That’s not a good route to be on at the moment. You’ll be coming through some bad stuff. At the moment you have 1 warning south of you and 1 north. 2 more to the west. If you have a safe place to stop that may be a good idea.
