The ridge is building to the north of Irma which is pushing a trough over NW Atlantic which could push Irma into the east coast.

It looks like a shift east to me, a step to the Euro but not a full on step.

Not going to build in, but it looks due north. Maybe NC or the Mid Atlantic.
