So let’s watch this, I think the biggest player to affect the TPV is that energy in the PAC NW. models are starting to pull east of the area quicker. Euro really starting to do it.

Looks similar to the 12z GFS with that placement. Buckle up!
ULLs are a pain in the butt to forecast, why would we expect the TPV to be any different?

This storm/pattern will come back to us. Zero Meteorological reasoning other than that has been our trend the last two months. It’s like clockwork in this pattern/winter. Sometimes it’s as simple as history, being the best forecasting tool.
