Looks like a almost board wide hit. Snow for people in the low 20's and ice storm for some in the mid/upper 20's.

looks like snow, temps in the 20's here and I can't see the 850, but the 925 is frigid

It's things like this that makes me believe we could be headed for an incredibly anomalous pattern. I remember when we were talking about records highs in Mongolia a little over a month ago and next thing you know, Madrid got their biggest snow in 50 years. We could be seeing some crazy things happen over the next two weeks. I don't think anyone or anything is off the table here guys.
The ICON doesn't have the pink you see in the GFS and Euro.

It's worth noting a lot of what's showing up as rain (green) across ga/Carolinas is probably sleet and/or freezing rain. 2m temps are subfreezing in these areas.
EDIT: Also that's one hell of a stout CAD signature backbuilding to the SW into GA/AL. I feel like it's been a while since we've had a CAD that intense.
That would be the worst ice storm to hit the SE if that happened. Massive power outages

The temperatures higher up are probably not supportive of snow in this case. But it may be possible that areas further north would get rescued in this case and see more sleet than freezing rain.
imo, I think the third wave is more likely to be board-wide, then the first two waves.

This is literally 24 hours of frozen precip and it's not done by any stretch after 180
