The NAM, GFS and HRRR are all showing the potential for a brief band of snow late tomorrow evening in the RDU area. If rates are heavy enough, some areas could pick up a light dusting.

Can they fix this model again ? Geez, at this rate it’s literally useless for CAD setups

Yeah I know. I just find it crazy how a long term meteorologist has almost an identical forecast as the HRRR.
It’s terrible, I wish it could be useful, would be nice one day to have hourly model runs that can handle/good with CAD

Despite its problems, the HRRR soundings had my area at 32 with DP in the upper 20s Sunday morning.
The 17z run of the Hrrr this past Monday had me getting to a high of 73 on Tuesday...:my high was 52

So far. We have lost minimal snow from the last storm. So, the next storm should have no problem accumulating
REALLY hate to be a weenie. But, what are your thoughts at this point? Do we need to run a test on the generators here in the Triad? Thank you in advance. Btw... I have a special needs nephew who requires electricity.
