Wintry Dec 8-10th Winter Storm

i just saw a map on another site that has the low coming just south of the panhandle and then beginning the turn NE just east of jacksonville.....could that begood for Georgia?

Good bit slower this run? Still way back in TX Friday?
 
Is it me or has the storm made a very slight north shift these last model runs in Texas? On the gfs
 
HP is a lot slower versus 18z GFS, it was in West Central Illinois, on 00z it's in Iowa. (HR 120 - 00z SAT)
