It was a winner in that the risk of deaths, injuries, and destruction was reduced. That's a big win to me. I don't measure a win based on more of that but instead less of that. I assume the thread was not started in the hopes of lots of destruction and casualties.

I like Tulsa ! The climate there is like Raleigh but more epic . It’s like Alpha Raleigh, their annual average matches ours exactly . Colder winters and hotter summers . Only thing that sucks is the dryness that comes in during the summer . Though late spring is wet and stormy there .
