Nothing yet here NW of GSO, but radar returns are starting to bump up. I got the deck spotlight on and ready.
Snow flurries in Gwinnett! Drove from Loganville to Dacula and then to Lawrenceville and it's been flurring like crazy!!!!!
You can see where the snow band is setting up, very sharp cutoff the the Nw

That’s pretty much the whole show right? We need to hope that band has heavy precip in it.
Lots of flakes everywhere trying to turn the whole ground white now .. plentiful and beautiful .. wonder what those heavier bands will bring

Same here...I think within the next hour is most likely. Most likely start as pixie dust and gradually increase. I'm in NW Guilford Co.

Yeah, this is one of those rare storms where it's going to pay to be south of 85. Temps are perfect for some good ratios too. Really like your bullish idea of being around the 2-4 inch range. All 3 of us should manage well given the current radar. Oops, didn't want to forget @Chazwin lol

Flurries in Clinton, SC.
We've been having freezing rain for several hours here in Emerald Isle. I wasn't thinking and I went out of the back garage door where there is a wooden walkway, and it was iced over....welllllllll......0.003 seconds later.....broken shoulder after falling. Heard it, and certainly felt it, crack.

Yes and you can see things are starting to fill in on the radar… flurries starting to become a bit steadier here
This snow really layering the ground and the radar returns are getting much more juiced quickly now .. rates should only be going up from here on out .. still have 8 hours of snow

I've had a few flurries but nothing to really write home about, yet. I no longer live in Union County anymore. I am on the east side off CLT right off 485. About halfway between I-85 and Matthews.

A lot of tiny flakes has no problem accumulating, starting to see a pickup in rates from increasing DPVA in SC that’s the money for the NC Piedmont and east
