Pattern Januworry

I think some snow showers are possible in Alabama, Mississippi, and western Georgia. Maybe some accumulation in middle Tennessee and points north. The mountains, especially the western slopes should get a good thumping. Everyone else east of the apps don’t hold your breath. Best chance would be along and east of 95 and we really need a weak surface low to form along the front and track up the coast for me to even feel comfortable saying those east of 95 could get some snow. Cold chasing moisture just doesn’t work on this side of the mountains.
