Hopefully this verifies.

Hopefully it'll rain soon. If it does not though it's possible some of us get a repeat of 1993 which was very hot and dry. We got into a feedback loop that summer because May and June were so dry. Then July was very hot AND dry. We mixed out daily along and north of I-85 in SC from dewpoints close to 70 at sunrise down to 50-55 by mid afternoon. I-77 and east in both states were a good bit wetter because of less mixing.Oddly enough it's a tale of 2 seasons. Despite being horrible dry the last 6-8 weeks PGV is actually still a little over an inch above normal year to date. Super wet early and bone dry in the spring.
I'm so sorry Mack.
Happy unofficial start to summer! Was supposed to play golf Friday morning! ??I'm so sorry Mack.
I’m on NCSU campus right now something coming my way it looks like ! Let’s get it , radar still down?No rain here, but Apex is damn sure gonna get theirs.

Can't be any happier than a chance of rain coming soon. My grass, fruit trees, flowers all need some love.
I was surprised to actually see some leaves falling today, Poplar trees (which are not drought tolerant at all) but even some oak trees.I had a decent little bunch on my peach tree this year and when me and my son checked it today there were probably 50 that had dropped off and were laying on the ground. The rest were not growing much so I probably lost any chance at peaches this year.
poplar trees are horrible , every July it seems the highway is lined by yellow poplars shedding leaves . Or am I thinking of sycamores ? One of the 2!I was surprised to actually see some leaves falling today, Poplar trees (which are not drought tolerant at all) but even some oak trees.
Feel like tomorrow will be harder to mix out and cape over performsWhen the 3k realizes there will be some mlcape tomorrowView attachment 84390
Man that would be fun in July, right now ? I don’t knowThis feature will be interesting tomorrowView attachment 84391
Looks like the 3k has some clouds and the significant dry aloft may be above the mixing heights
Tulsa has very low humidity compared to most of the southeast.I'm already tired of the humidity ?
Dubious, that’s 30 degrees below average . Similar to what happened in may perhaps it will be a few degrees warmer .Sure does. NWS grid forecast has me in the mid 60s for highs but many of the models are showing 50s. Here's the latest 6z GFS for mid afternoon on Sunday:

You have to think this will be the last of the wedges going into summer. I know we've had summer CAD events before but they're rare.Dubious, that’s 30 degrees below average . Similar to what happened in may perhaps it will be a few degrees warmer .
Solid. Remember when people were cheering on dry cold fronts and NW flows
