74 and humid as all get out in Northern Greenville county. Super windy too. It just feels like we will have severe weather, if you know what I mean.

I still don't understand why they wouldn't include more of the southern counties... I don't see how this misses the CLT area?

That line is going to leave boundary separating rain cooled air from much warmer and untouched air. Best guess for that would be from around Toccoa GA over to around Rock Hill SC. That'll be where the highest chance of supercell storms would set up.

That watch should have came down to the SC border. The southern of that line will come into those counties for sure.

We may have a cap in upstate SC over into northeast GA. Little showers keep popping up and falling apart quickly.

I was talking about what has happened to me personally. Watches usually mean no storms for me. I get worse storms when there isnt any kind of watch.

Don’t know why it wouldn’t ... atmosphere out ahead is warm and unstable and I’ve been getting sunshine peaks all day it’s even brought people to the pool .. nothing ahead of this thing but good atmosphere

Yeah there's not much thermodynamically to stop it. The only real issue would be internal features and cycling or maybe a couple of cells along the boundary that start crowding and competing with the existing updraft.
