If an ensemble is showing that, get your batteries and propane ready.EPS is fugly for Triad folks. 30F mean w/ legit precip moving in. I'll gladly take my 38F in Fayetteville over ice

Who knows... maybe if we’re lucky.. a 29 degree raging thundersleetI mean technically we still have a good 2 days for things to trend farther south. From the beginning of this winter I have always said if we get a storm it's going to sneak up on us at the last minute. Right now I am just looking at trends which keep pushing the ice threat south. Again, I don't think I'd be sleeping on this storm quite yet. I know how much you want your 33 thunder rain. But what about 29 and thunder ZR? Lol.
HINT: One is not like the other... can anyone find the differences ???Lmfao I laughed View attachment 75265View attachment 75266
Roxboro looks goldenThis trend actually weakens the CAD high (slower/stronger TPV) awesome trend for VA tho. This is a epic kick in the nuts View attachment 75205
NAM has a low around East TN. Euro has a weak low down in lower gulf states.HINT: One is not like the other... can anyone find the differences ???

By the time that time frame is 36 hours out, that 64 will probably be a 34. LolMeanwhile ? please let the NAMs warmer solution be right View attachment 75294View attachment 75295

Yeah so much for that warm bias thing. That’s dead now lmaoIt might be the new CMC lol
Found this paragraph interesting from their AFD. They seem to have an idea with how this is going to play out with the current lay of the land, if you will.Memphis says they will issue a winter storm watch in the morning for the midsouth.
Sucks it can’t be a smast special for snow ? can’t say the same for @metwannabe thoIcon was scary. what was 6 or so hours of Onset ice before switching originally, now looking to be 24 hours and full duration now.

I was wondering the same. Are models long and short range accounting for the snow/ice that have been dropped over the last 12 to 24 hours?
I would say that don’t have a clue what to do on temps but that’s just meI was wondering the same.
