Looks like our shot is done imby, just simply not high enough rates.

UPSTATE AND THE SOUTHERN FOOTHILLS OF NORTH CAROLINA...
Very light precipitation was developing across parts of the
northern Upstate of South Carolina and the southern foothills of
North Carolina this evening. Some of the precipitation will reach
the ground as sprinkles or very light rain. However, as
temperatures fall slowly late this evening, some locations could
see the precipitation mix with or change to snow flurries. No
accumulation is expected and temperatures will remain above
freezing through midnight. The light precipitation should end
before temperatures drop below freezing early Tuesday morning.

Got more snow in lithia tonight than I see in some entire seasons. What a way to start winter 2020. Met winter starts tomorrow and already on the board. Didn’t expect it here despite the models showing it.
and Woody Gap was pretty awesome today. It’s amazing what elevation does for winter weather. That extra 1-2k feet really does the trick. It’s just the right elevation to get the good snows at just under 3200 feet.

Got shutout of the flizzard action in Montgomery, areas to the north & east like Auburn got in on the action though.
Yes it is! This is NEGa hope you are seeing more than I am. A few novelty flurries but that’s about it here

Update! Temp down to 30. Roads slushy and will be turning icy soon. Temps should continue to drop into the low 20s and probably stay in the 20s through tomorrow then a super hard freeze tomorrow night!

Been watching this band developing some as it slowly sags to the south. Given the temperatures are near freezing I wouldn’t be surprised to see a dusting or a trace of snow accumulate from this near Atlanta and west.

That band is about 10 miles to my SE. Dying. But happy for the south ATL folks who’ve been hosed in all the prior storms!
I wasn’t paying attention but when I just let the dog out I noticed my deck was white. I guess I can put a big T down for 11/30.

It would seem so. NWS FFC didn’t even have flurries in the forecast for metro ATL.

had sleet at the house for about 15 minutes before it flipped to snow...was shocked at getting moderate snow for a short period. It did not take long for it to melt off the top of the car once it stopped !!!
This is about to get interesting 
It actually snowed just a little bit! Not much but for like 5 minutes.
