Alert. Attention. The NWS in GSP has issued a Crying watch for one LickWx. Starting Thursday March 9 lasting through the middle of May 2023. Update. Please be advised this may be upgraded to a Crying Warning at anytime. Please be alert and keep your noaa weather radios on at all times day and night along with a steady supply of Kleenex tissues. Don't be caught off guard. The situation could turn serious and damaging at anytime in the timeframe mentioned above. Yeah right Lick. Emotionally damaged. You will be in about 2 weeks from now if you make it that long. I don't see it though. Good try there though buddy. Let's see which one happens first. Lick throwing in the towel and breaking down and starting to whine and boo hoo about the cold weather coming up or the tarholes losing first in the tournament if they even get in. Which one happens first. My money is on Lick. Stay tuned for further updates.

Brother , you’re the genius who is posting in the thread about people crying . Not once did you see me call you out or got spiteful and try to rub it in that it’s warm .I’m calling you and others out for this kinda “ warm vs cold “ behavior .How about you cut the bitter ---- and be a man for once in your life? It’s attitudes like this that make tracking weather less fun… big whoop it’s cold or warm . Get a grip and grow up

Yes I dish posts styled in that manner but I don’t get on here talking about people crying or come on here and rub it in your face that it’s warm … it’s weather . You Might got to call FEMA for some damage money cuz this weather was a natural disaster to your poor little emotions . Boo hoo it was warm omg it’s gon get cold now … man y’all sure showed me.

Lick. I couldn't resist man. You left me no choice on that post. I have exhausted all other avenues. It had to be done. Just to keep the sanity around here with the impending ? cold enroute. A watch at least had to be issued. Don't you agree just in case so others could be warned. Yes you do dish post in that style and that's fine and that's your opinion and I have one also. You say I cry about the warm weather in winter and that's fine. So what. So do you. I say you cry about the cold well all the time but definitely in the spring. Big deal. We could go on all day. I will call FEMA and tell them to send you a bill because you wanted a warm winter and you got it. Now look what it's going to do to the Fruit crop at the expense of your warm winter. Hope you really enjoyed it. Now who do I make the bill out to when I call FEMA. Let me know.

This happened in 2007 in Crossville, TN. Pretty remarkable to set a record high for March and record low for April within 2 weeks of each other:
Crossville's low temperature of 20 degrees sets a new record low for the month, just 13 days after setting a record high for the month of March.

Yep. Cold doesn't get here, good news. Anything past 240 is certainly garbage anyways.
 
I don't understand the long range GFS/GEFS posts when it's colder... but then the same post when they show weather against what one would want it is a "bad model".....
 
Looks like most of the cold stays north of Al,Ga and SC. I don’t think people would complain about that look. On and out then we move on to real Spring. Yes that 1st cold push dives South but it quick. Still not a pattern changer.

I really dont know how Atlanta recorded measurable snowfall. I'm pretty sure most of the Atlanta area did not see any snow on the ground this winter.
