Been raining here for going on 2 hours. Showers to moderate rain. Needed all of this badly
Radar estimates put 1”+ 3-4 miles to your north, isolated 1.75-2” was 9 miles to my west, so not as much of a yoink for me. You remain king

CLT storm shield is activated! But for real, why in the actual hell is it so difficult to get storms over here. Thought we'd for sure see something today.

Got a nice garden variety storm yesterday evening. Dropped about 1/2 onch in 15 minutes.
After seeing SCT-BKN skycover with towering CU all day, about to get some more serious t'storms (meaning louder cracks of thunder) shortly.

After the actual torrential downpours missed us in every which direction by no more than a few miles the past several hours, things finally worked out with the OFBs and it's now raining to beat the drums.
