Yesterday evening was horrible. Had to do some work outside. Everything was wet, (as you said) it felt like a sauna, and the mosquitos were unrelenting.

Yep it's as bad as waiting for the real cold air in winter...seems to take forever! Sick of the rain and horrible humidity here!

I'll be up near Pittsburgh in October for 3 weeks working and it will be beautiful! Leaves should start turning and 40's at night...hopefully
79.7 for the high so we managed to stay under 80 without rain barely.
Nice storm .61 for the day 2.70 for the big wet. Can't complain
Those upper 80s stink but if we are going to tenper back into the near/low 80s for highs and lows near 60 afterward I'll take it

Another .48 inches of rain just fell at my residence giving me 2.89 inches since Friday. Since we are in store for a long dry spell maybe these rains will keep the wolves at bay as far as drought for a while. I'm looking forward to the lower dewpoints coming the next few days. It feels like a mid July night outside right now.

After the last couple days of picking up a few showers PGV is still at a 9.44 inch deficit. Zero rain chances for the next 7 days so we will continue slide into double digit deficits im sure.
