Yep pretty average summer here, had more events with brief heavy rain vs long duration heavy rain, it felt like it rained a lot here this summer but it wasn’t long lasting

Probably pretty close. I'm not sure what my 3 month total was as i didn't record June. But i think June was decently wet.

Yeah looks like most of the region was close to normal but like you said the long dry periods were/are tough. We certainly didn't do like we did last year where big heat was often associated with big rain.

My 90 day avg is well Avg. But the heat and Dryness didn't kick in till July. My 60 avg is 50 - 75% of Average, and honestly its probably less than that, but the radar isn't detailed enough at this range. Lol

I mean...Dallas' average high for September is still 90*F.

In 80% of the country, that's warmer than those area's July average, lol.
