One day I will move to the desert where the dewpoints never get above 50.Agree. No one likes dewpoints.

Only 348 hours out on gfs. Funny. Never happenBig fall front alert ? the cold is coming View attachment 90245View attachment 90246
Like I said a couple of days ago. It never fails the first 20 days of September are basically summer, then out of nowhere fall appears the back half of the month. This will almost certainly be the last list of 90+ degree weather the next 10 or so days.Big fall front alert ? the cold is coming View attachment 90245View attachment 90246
Has it ever been 105 in Kansas in Mid-September ?GFS wants summer to stick around for a while longer it seems.View attachment 90256
Yeah for sure. It's probably going to end up above average for September, but Autumn will make its presence known as well.Like I said a couple of days ago. You got google? If not you need it with all your questions.Has it ever been 105 in Kansas in Mid-September ?
Yes this is all very normal.Like I said a couple of days ago. It never fails the first 20 days of September are basically summer, then out of nowhere fall appears the back half of the month. This will almost certainly be the last list of 90+ degree weather the next 10 or so days.
There is nothing normal about 90s in Mid September.Yes this is all very normal.
It happens, you act as if it’s super rare, it’s not, it’s the SE not the northern Great PlainsThere is nothing normal about 90s in Mid September.
90 is not super rare but I would consider it pretty rare after September 15th. Most years do not hit 90 in the 2nd half of September. It happens, you act as if it’s super rare, it’s not, it’s the SE not the northern Great Plains
To have an average of 85 to 88° means that you're going to have temperatures 10° above the average and also 10° below the average. You're being a little dramatic. There is nothing normal about 90s in Mid September.
I would say the average once you get to mid September leans more towards low to mid 80s than mid to upper 80s for places like Atl and Charlotte. To have an average of 85 to 88° means that you're going to have temperatures 10° above the average and also 10° below the average. Yeah depending on where you are in the southeast. But that's not the point. I think you just choose things to complain about on here just have something to write and for someone to respond.I would say the average once you get to mid September leans more towards low to mid 80s than mid to upper 80s.
That’s gonna lead to a boot off this website lolYeah depending on where you are in the southeast. But that's not the point. I think you just choose things to complain about on here just have something to write and for someone to respond.
A few days in mid 90s is our extent of a warm up now .. we can deal with these when we have other 2-3 day spouts of 80 degrees and cool nights
GFS is close to extending it, as it bridges 18-24C 850s over us for a extended period of time from out west, a NE trough could put us right in that firehose of warm 850s aloft when it’s cool just a few states aboveA few days in mid 90s is our extent of a warm up now .. we can deal with these when we have other 2-3 day spouts of 80 degrees and cool nights
Again..... oopsThat’s gonna lead to a boot off this website lol
This front is ok but I'm ready for an actual cold front the sun is making it borderline hot
The GFS has been doing stuff like this all summer. I mean, maybe we finally goo into the long hot dry period that's been anticipated from May. But I doubt it. We'll warm up and then we'll get a front through and cool back down. That's what I think will happen anyways.GFS is close to extending it, as it bridges 18-24C 850s over us for a extended period of time from out west, a NE trough could put us right in that firehose of warm 850s aloft when it’s cool just a few states above
