No. A comedian hack did, that someone at his staff would be a good idea to invite. He's known to be edgy and it was a horrible idea. I personally think it was done on purpose. Trump thinks he can trust too many people around him.
Allegedly, you have to have more than $100 million. So a small swing trade would not be subject to it. But outside of the clearly devastating impacted I outlined, it opens up a whole pandora's box and takes us to the edge of an extremely slippery slope. No way it would stay at only over $100 million.
