This times 1000! I can not tell you how many times I expected someone to be a certain way before getting to know them just because of preconceived notions, only to get to know them and find out they are truly wonderful people . Then I catch myself and get a sick feeling , and say , well at least I didn’t let that preconceived notion stop me from meeting them.
In high school there was this kid I had in a class. Black , sagged , dressed like your stereotypical gang banger etc etc. now stereotypes exist because of a certain behavior that is true to an extent but it’s an injustice to base your interactions on stereotypes as people are more than just stereotypes . Anyways, turned out this guy was the most soft spoken, happy , kind, polite , person you could possibly imagine .
It’s human instinct to stereotype and that’s fine just don’t let a stereotype be your judgement on someone before you get to know them.

The Washington Post also apparently has a full copy of the book already, so there is zero chance that the Trump WH can stop it now...
The stuff leaking out is just unbelievable I mean even for someone like Trump....so many things that would have been instant resign level scandals....the Trumpers on here would have demands no less from Obama for the most minor of the things leaking out.....

Alright, let me put it this way.
I don't care which president it is. I don't care if he's GOP or for the Blue Team. I don't care if it's Bush running for reelection in 2004 or Obama in 2012. I don't even care if it's Canada as the nation we're asking for a favor...
If OUR president is asking the leader of a foreign nation for a favor to help him win re-election, we need to get on that and investigate it. Especially if it's CHINA..

Beijing’s repression of its Uighur citizens also proceeded apace. Trump asked me at the 2018 White House Christmas dinner why we were considering sanctioning China over its treatment of the Uighurs, a largely Muslim people who live primarily in China’s northwest Xinjiang Province.
At the opening dinner of the Osaka G-20 meeting in June 2019, with only interpreters present, Xi had explained to Trump why he was basically building concentration camps in Xinjiang. According to our interpreter, Trump said that Xi should go ahead with building the camps, which Trump thought was exactly the right thing to do. The National Security Council’s top Asia staffer, Matthew Pottinger, told me that Trump said something very similar during his November 2017 trip to China.
In November 2018, Trump came under fire for writing an unfettered defense of Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, littered with exclamation points, over the killing of Washington Post columnist Jamaal Khashoggi. But according to Bolton’s book, the main goal of the missive was to take away attention from a story about Ivanka Trump using her personal email for government business.
“This will divert from Ivanka,” Trump said, according to Bolton’s book. “If I read the statement in person, that will take over the Ivanka thing.”

LMAO. You all promise you really got Trump this time? I don’t even like the guy but if I had a dime for every gotcha moment in the last 5 years..... Credibility gets lost real quickly when we move from one bombshell to the next bombshell to the next crisis. Color me unimpressed by a book from John “WMD” Bolton.

Why would he ask China for help? China is not pro Trump. Also, why would Russia even help Trump? It is all about money, and, Trump cost Russia, Iran, and China money. Makes no sense.

Always shocking to me how people who know such injustices are taking place do nothing, tell no one at the time yet have no problem writing a book afterwards and are believed if it fits the person's naritive. Yet police officers are pretty much felons for not rooting all the "systematic" racism of fellow officers.

Look either Bolton is telling the truth or he isnt.....given Trumps track record I know who I believe....the real issue though is how Trumper's DGAF if it is true or not, every single thing in that book could be 100% accurate and proven by audio or video or whatever and Trumpers wont bat a eye and still support Trump while bashing Obama for doing stuff that pales in comparison....thats the problem with this country its only a bad thing when the other side does it, Trump is massively corrupt and there is tons of evidence to support it and yet all we get from the right is excuses or blame shifting whataboutism....
Every single thing Bolton writes sounds just like some ---- Trump would do....its who/what Trump is.

Oh its gonna get much much worse......this is a tame tweet compared to what we will see over the next few months......John Bolton is a lot of things but he isnt a dope, go read about his career and education....he got fired because he wouldn't sign off on Trumps stupid ideas and antics.....just like just about everyone else that has served in the Trump WH over the last 3 years....

You cant blame our current president if he reached across the isle and accept the fact that our former president did. Pot meet kettle. Ayers and Soros have demonstrated their hatred for the U.S and have acted on it.
Makes you wonder. Had they shot that man that day, we wouldn’t even know the destructive path the rest of that video was headed in. We all have to live with the decisions we make. Whether we choose to pull the trigger or choose not to.

All of this will eventually take a back seat to real things going on in the real world that affect real people's lives. Trump has been going down since before the election. He's been going to lose his mind and go over the edge and send nukes all over the world and destroy the US and the planet for 4 years now.
Bolton's book will be nothing more than another hot gotcha for a month or two that fades away before the next one pops up. Trump may lose because of a death by a thousand cuts, but this latest thing isn't going to be some big election-turning moment.

I think it’s funny how people like Romney, McCain, Bolton, etc are all of a sudden hero’s of the left. Yet for the past decade previously you wouldn’t mention these people’s name unless it was in a negative light.

This may all be true.....however that fact that it is true is the problem in DC and the country in general....the fact that Trump or anyone for that matter does these things and the overall reactions is "meh" is exactly why the politics and division in this country are where it is today. To many people turning blind eyes when their political side does the exact same things the other side was doing when they were screaming for people's heads on platters. Its disgustingly obvious and self serving and its hilarious and sad to watch it happen.
Bolton's book highlights the reasons Trump is unqualified and incapable of doing the job he has.....yet 10's of millions of Americans are going to vote to send his ass right back to the job....Biden is not much better, but in the end I think he does less harm over the next 4 yrs than Trump does...either way I wont vote for either of them as sadly we are going to get exactly what we deserve by having forced ourselves to somehow think/believe that Trump and Biden are the two best options to lead this nation...

I deal mostly with SWAT and gang unit teams on entry and room clearing procedures but what I saw from this tape, the officers did their jobs. The de-escalation was good with solid communication techniques and soft conditioning. Where it went to poo is when they went to place him under arrest Mr. Brooks made the decision to fight and flee. Now you go from de-escalation to an attempt to get the officers weapon. At that point adrenaline kicks in and you don't have time to "properly" process what has happened. The officer has to give chase because he has a weapon. Did the officer know it was a taser and not his service weapon? Really makes no difference because he pointed what he grabbed and fired it. Had it been a gun he would have still fired it (he could have very well thought he had the officers gun). Its easy to say the cops could have done this or that after the fact. To me they followed procedure and this DA just cost the city of Atlanta a lot of headaches

After going back and reading some of the post last night after I signed off, I see some are still jumping to conclusions regarding this "kick" and him not registering aid quick enough. I have only seen a single clip of this "kick" and you cant tell a damn thing from that. At this point I don't believe a thing this DA has conjured up in his mind. He charged this officer without consultation it appears, he misinformed regarding the second officer turning states witness and he has inappropriately began this officers trial before he has even turned himself in. This will never even go to trial in my opinion. What a sh*t show this turned into

It's almost like a "Perfect Storm" Start with a very sharply divided country, add an extremely controversial leader sprinkle it with a worldwide pandemic, collapse the economy, create a situation where we need to address a couple of hundred years of social injustice during all of this, oh and heck lets have an election while we are at it. When, we come out of this we will be the strongest nation on the planet.
The prospect of the next 120 days makes me very happy I am in the middle of nowhere on a farm with no neighbors.
