Watch what is currently happening in Venezuela and expect similar events here in the states as we approach November. I have said this multiple times here. The commusocialists will pull out all the stops to keep Orange Bad Man out and put their candidate in. Look for a pause of some kind. Not sure what will cause it but look for a pause and them magically heels up wins.

She's getting more popularity in younger people because the alternative has been seen, and Trump put 0 faith in the younger generation during his presidency. He needs to cater toward the younger generation instead of big corporations more and address issues that young people are struggling with instead of jump on the train of "Young people lazy" when many of them can't afford a reasonable place to live even with degrees and "decent pay".

I still think the biggest problem with Harris is if she were the candidate the media is saying she is; you would have swapped a failing old man(who was already down in the polls before his debate disaster) for her way before now.

But all that said, maybe they know she is a bad candidate so you push her in last second while enthusiasm is high and try to get her over the finish line before most of the dumb voters realize. Kind of like the major hurricanes hitting the Gulf coast in the 90’s-00’s. You knew they were gonna rapidly collapse, but could they hit land before.

Fun fact: the old have been hogging the wealth

Share of household wealth held by those over 65 has soared while the young have gotten poorer. Top that off with those older folks receiving social security dollars when they don’t need it, bankrupting a system I’m paying into and won’t ever receive benefit from. I’m getting robbed , yet it’s blasphemous to consider canceling student loan debt , but welfare for the wealthy old? Keep it coming. I wish Americans could set aside the party bs and look at the problems we are facing. Stop the us vs them bs

It's not free money the younger generation even wants, it's just the ability to work and afford to live comfortably, which is even more difficult now than it was 10 years ago or even 30. That's why you see more depressed and hopeless people, because they feel and have been shown working hard and working gives the same result.

Its just the ability to work and afford to live comfortably? How much a year is that? location? age? Kids? Health. You 20 somethings are soft as wet toilet paper. Life is hard sometimes i get it but people have forgotten how to live within its means. Life today isnt that bad compared to the 1970-80s or 30-50s.

You can still do that. More difficult? Yeah somewhat, especially over the last few years. Doable? Absolutely. You just have to plan and accept that you probably cannot make it in a place where demand is high. You might have to move if necessary. But you definitely can still make decent to good money and a good living if you want too.

The problem is for us “younger people” our idea of comfort is actually extravagance.

Dollars per year doesn't mean anything unless it can pay rent or a mortgage. Rent laws keep young people in parents homes too long because jobs can't afford a safe place to live. Kids? Few people can afford that from this generation unless they go into deep debt for them now.

Also who's fault is it for not preparing our generation for the world properly? I'm sure you've got the answer already. Can't scream irresponsible when it isn't taught.

Also the income to housing cost keeps getting exponentially worse. Let's stop building 800k houses only the wealthy can afford and start building more affordable housing that isn't just 55+ for example.

Sound like your parents should have done a better job at teaching you real life. Rent was high years ago and it was high when I was young and we also didn’t start out making what your guys can make now. All I hear is whinning and not a plan. Not surprised that the generation that thinks it’s smarter then everyone are the ones crying and getting mad that they can’t get what they want.

They make a pretty cheap single wide trailer, you can get that and work your way up.

At the same time, all the younger generation hears is the same "back in my day" argument and does nothing while in power to make the world better for everyone, but instead plays to just their own greed and selfishness. Sure our generation can try and plan and do, and will continue, but the point is that greed, especially from those in power and up top control it all and we let them scrape our pennies away while we bicker with those below them.
