Florida is already a dump what are you talking about? Probably the least intelligent state in the US by far. Wouldn’t be surprised if it has the largest concentration of flat earthers on the planet

How to regulate cigarettes isnt enshrined in the FLA constitution.

Some people are claiming this line says the legislature can regulate the foul stench. It says the opposite. It says any regulation MUST be consistent with the Amendment and the amendment doesnt limit use in public places so the legislature cant now regulate it.

Simply put, the legislature CAN NOT change or amendment the amendment. If the amendment doesnt state where and when the stench can be spread the legislature cant do a damn thing about it.

Really illegals are the backbone of the party’s existence and survival. They need and want the illegal votes, and we know they love to print currency and dole out social programs to them for nothing other than the attempt to get here without getting caught. It’s a big slap in the face to our run down cities, and ICE.

Thanks for posting but ouch from my perspective of badly wanting Trump to lose seeing that this is NYT. Do you know what the prior NY Times general election polls showed and when they were done so we could see if there’s a trend from the prior poll(s)?

No clue. Was suprised to see him ahead in a national poll. Thats popular vote. He can win electoral, but ill be stunned if any GOP, no matter who candidate is, ever wins poplar vote

It's simple, if you enjoy how the last 3.5 years have gone, if you are better off with this administration in office, vote for the socialist. Most people who live in realville recognize things were better 4 yrs ago but whatever, I'll survive either way.

Just got back from New Orleans. They have essentially de-criminalised weed in that city. You cannot walk around anywhere in the Quarter without essentially getting a contact high and even though it is illegal the police turn a blind eye. Not a DeSantis fan but he has a point.

Of course Trump got bought off and is all in on the stench. DeSantis is the only option for 2028
