Thank you for the info and I'm getting more upset by the minute. I really need to hear that call to be certain but yeah... my goodness.I am an EMT , to be a dispatcher requires you to have taken a course with some EMS like training but more specifically CPR certification… she has to be CPR certified. I always see the notes saying dispatcher instructed bystanders on CPR… very weird she did not do that.
Saw this , so as of this year they are required by law to provide CPR instructions in Georgia… I guess that means you could sue them if you wanted to do as she broke the law.

With only about 8 short weeks left till Election day. Many of us on here will be able to start casting ballotts in half that time.
I encourage everyone to say no to the Socialist/Marxist crowd, who want take away our freedom of Speech, freedom of Relegion,Freedom to Govern ourselves and not be governed by the establishment elites. You have the power to stop, pivot 180 back toward less federal government/ central control. The way the founding fathers envisioned our country should operate. Next generation is counting on us.
