And to think a couple days ago the GFS basically had no snow... Even last night half the ensembles were like nevermind. Go figure ?

Yeah that's one reason why I've been so skeptical about this
Because back in January the GFS won out with the less snow but of course that was because there was no moisture

Yeah I mean some of these maps are definitely overblown but I think if it was a couple degrees colder we'd definitely get buried but I dunno... Somebody at least in a small area still might
WWA for me now mentioning up to 3 inches possible. Honestly I wouldn’t be surprised to see an upgrade to a warning issued at some point.
A 1-4+ stripe is crazy. They have no idea what’s going to happen. It’s boom or bust on this one and they know it. Y’all go get em!

Well we've gone from a half inch to up to 2 to 2-3...
OKC and surrounding are next up if the Winter Storm Warning is extended again. Already extended to be just west of us now.
Also looking at 3-4 inches possible now.

Plenty of precipitation available with this system. Big question will be how fast we change from rain to snow. Over here its expected to change over by mid afternoon. Right now its 37 here and from what I saw around 34 is the point where we could turn to snow. 
Someone in OK is going to hit that magic band N and NW of the ULL and walk away with a big total

Yes but everyone is assuming half of it melts because it's been so warm all month generally outside of an isolated band
I mean they may have a point but it definitely has a high bust potential
