Officially the hottest January on record here right now

Yeah I've literally seen like 10 flakes here the whole winter haha
It's gonna be interesting to see if we can truly reach the ceiling on this though. I still have some doubts given our recent history with Arctic air and snow underperforming but the signal is getting harder to ignore and this storm seems different than those

Well the Euro went all in.. I will say one thing the Euro has never stopped showing the potential of this storm. The GFS has had moments where it was not impressed

Have to really watch temps. The models typically struggle with Arctic air
The other concern is how much do we moderate next week... Because there may be another threat before the month is over. Probably not Houston but I bet some areas don't really get above freezing for awhile

Final predictions here seem to be on the very low end 9-10 inches the high end is probably 18-20 haha

It was definitely a moment when I had to stop for a minute to see that because the Euro has been on it the entire storm here. It was way ahead of the GFS on showing a big deal
