Who’s wants to bet we reverse this at 00z 
The one thing that can and has worked in our favor (as we get closer) for past storms is CAD. This is not a bad look for 6 days out:

EPS is getting better, has that classic CAD/miller B footprint

I'm slightly encouraged only because I live very close to the border, but you're probably right.
Euro was just a slightly stronger high pressure away from big ice, unfortunately that’s probably what’s favored with that look with this given the more northern track of the amped up shortwave
