Even a bad winner can have it’s fun times. Take out the last 2 weeks of January 2000 and that winter would be horrible

The reason why it drops like that at the last day is because it only goes out to 12z of that day

Ridge really wants to hang out per 12z GFS. We finally get some sub 60 lows but only because it’s the end of October. In any case it will feel good.

Brent, keep them shorts out this winter buddy. It's going to be one of those winters. Tennessee Storm was driving a golf cart in January 2012 up and down the street with shorts and tee shirt and about 77 degrees

Oh I don't doubt there will be warm spells... Remember I lived in Dallas for 6 years ? I can remember many times wearing shorts or flipping on the A/C

But honestly last year wasn't even that great either til February happened. I think it's way too early to try and figure out winter is my point. Even if there are warm spells there will be cold too

And another thing about February I still remember the forecasts being above normal

Bingo. I don’t won’t cold right now, I want low-70s and fall. That said today was a tad on the warm side around 80, but it was beautiful.

Agree. Right now I would be thrilled with highs 70-75 and lows near 50!
