Atlantic trying to get better, but the pacific wants to suck so hard

This run ain't going to end pretty but at least we get a decent shot of fall for a few days

Couple more runs and that rdge will flatten out and our fall temps will go poof...
Change Scandinavia through the urals into Siberia but the same poop for us
Looks like 17-20th look to be the transition period or at least a significant shift in what it feels like
We've probably moved enough hemispherically that it wouldn't be a total disaster (probably slightly retrograded from current) but it's hard to get on board with much more than normal until the east Asia into the Npac flow changes. Any -nao attempts will be temporary. There have been hints in the d13-16 the last few days that we could get into something much better but that might still be 20-30 days away
