Yeah I'm definitely going to Breckenridge in December but I also have a backup plan for Lake Tahoe end of January. I'm not taking any chances this year after that mess last year

Cant remember the last time I saw flakes here but its been close to if not longer than 2 years now, certainly does not look like anything even remotely winter like in Nov....crazy that our first frost might happen mid Nov. and if that misses it might be even later.

It will feel more like November for one day at least. I'm going hunting again this afternoon and look forward to a hunting trip this year without swatting mosquitoes and breaking a sweat huffing it into the woods.

Near the end of the GFS model run at mid month, I actually see low temperatures in the mid thirties for two consecutive days. That might produce the first frost of the season for the area in live in.
