With the dry weather we've been having around here, I'm seeing more dust than leaves being blown around. I'm hopeful the slight chances for rain this coming weekend will pan out.

At least the pattern is starting to show a little more variability in the modeling after the 10th. Still not a pattern that's going to crush the SER out and drop a big arctic blast into the SE but it's one where it may get suppressed enough to bring in cooler air and the first frost/freeze to many around the 15th. It also may be a pattern that brings a widespread rain setup to much of the region. Overall it's still pretty mediocre if you want anything besides AN and dry
