Figured there was an upper level trough moving through, which would explain the differences in the air masses between us. There are drastic temperature swings with elevation in these setups. NW Georgia in the great valley is also in the high 50s right now.

Yep. We got up to 57 for awhile but it’s dropped to 54. I’m guessing my job up in Blairsville will see some flakes.

I’ll never get tired of this webcam. Especially with the lights up for Christmas.

I was looking at that one and the one on App's campus at Sanford Mall. Usually a lot of students sledding there when it's snowing.
