Just the opposite here. We ended up at 29 after a forecasted 26. KCLT was forecast to get down to 30 and as for as I can see the lowest it got was 34.Forecast to be 29 here got down to 26 happens all the time
Yep. UHI in full effect. DCA only got to 34 while everyone else was in the 20's. Even some low 20's. Teens in the Valley.

The last few years we've had cooler novembers and we've gotten nothing for it because the cold air runs out. We all know there's not enough cold air to last November through March non-stop.
