The 12z GFS now says many of us get .25 or less next weekend and I imagine it'll keep going lower. Still ok in Tenn and in a small strip in GA and SC, but not much for the rest.

Mid month looks like a absolute torch as the pacific jet gets on steroids due to high pressure in east Asia adding momentum to the pac jet, pattern favors warm nights especially, the spreads have nights in the 60s already past the 14th-15th. Classic early cool season nino pattern right here

First all we all know that every where in Atlanta metro except for the Airport has had a freeze. Secondly, are really looking at the 60 day forecast Accuweather puts out?

Things have to change sooner or later. It's kinda surreal out little rain we've had the last several months. Just before that we had strong storms every other week for a couple months on end.

Not that I put much stock in the GFS after 4 or 5 days, the 18z actually ends up the wettest overall run for the SE than we’ve seen in some time. It actually lined up pretty well with both the 12z GEFS and EPS.
