Cool to see the ring on correlation coefficient indicating melting snow at upper levels of the atmosphere. It is what is also leading to the heavier looking bands on reflectivity.
Sorry guys but this setup looks pretty good for me. Lots of dry cool sunny days which is exactly what I want. Of course deep cold would be better but I'll take consistent crisp fall like weather.
I think I felt a snow flake a few minutes ago.
Screw a Miller A with a track that close to shore. I always get rain. I need it offshore enough that I don’t get cold rained to death.
It works for the far NW corner of SC and that’s it. The rest is rain.
If I can make this sound like a positive one good thing about living where I do is that I don't need to stress about snow. I'm a student at the University of Arizona over in Tucson and the amount of disappointment I experienced when modeled snowstorms consistently evaporated was crushing. We did get two good snows in 2019 though which was nice. 2020 was a never ending barrage of fantasy storms collapsing into disgusting 40F rain.
The primary source of my rage here in Key Biscayne is NNE winds which turn 45F nights into 60F ones. Annoying as ****

Here is what FFC has for now. Will be interesting to see how well it verifies especially with the more aggressive hi res models showing snow showers and flurries in other areas. Will be interesting to watch tomorrow unfold!
I'm calling it now. Someone in Metro Atlanta will get a dusting of snow.
