Meanwhile across central and eastern NC they are now calling for gusts up to 50mph in my area today.

Yep. AKQ has us in a Coastal Flood Advisory and Wind Advisory. Rivers and creeks around me up to a foot higher. Sustained winds 20-30 with gusts to 45.

Temps are tanking here on Beech. I'm at 4,650 and we went from 44 at 8a to now 35 at 930a.
