Looking forward to it! Warmth has dominated recently. All this is is an island of BN within a mostly AN few weeks and a solidly AN March overall. Big whoop.

Are these storms even going to make into the metro? Looking at the SPC outlook- you wouldn't think so. I know the HRRR was showing it. Haven't looked at the most recent model runs.

12Z King says early April SE US three day cool and dry period (nothing unusual/nothing near record cold) very much intact: 40s here for 4/2 lows

And here's the 2nd of the two cool to cold (dry) nights..again, nothing extreme by any means with most in the SE not getting below 32: 40s here again

Definitely chances of frost/light freeze for some folks. Correlates well with average last freeze for western (low elevation) and northern zones.
