I wonder how long this cooler weather pattern ends up lasting. It keeps this up for a few more months, it could be a summer 2009 redux. As rare as it is, it probably will happen again eventually.

Or, worse, a Summer 1992 redux.

Maybe just maybe the lockdown is causing pollution to go down and maybe thats helping to cool our climate ?

Or maybe because the virus spreads more easily in cooler wx and it is so powerful, it is controlling the wx and causing it to cool down for its own survival. What can't this virus do?

The real kicker here is those folks who think hot weather will slow the virus' spread aren't going to be able to make their case any time soon.

If anything, this roller coaster pattern we've been in likely exacerbates things if COVID-19 is anything like other viruses.

Nah. We'll have highs in the 60s into June, get suckered into thinking it's going to be the year without a summer. Then, about July 2... BAM!!! Sudden summer, lasts into late October!
