It would be chaotic especially as recon/model data becomes available.Any chance we can just have one thread for both systems since this is such a possible historic even with two hurricanes hitting the same spot within two days of each other? We.keep talking about both in each thread anyway and we wouldn't have to keep going back and forth between threads.

HAHAHA....Touche to the doubters....can't crow too much, could turn on a dime....Suddenly the HWRF isn't looking totally ridiculousView attachment 46988

18z is at 953 heading to LA......Lmao of course as I type the HWRF is 20 mb weaker on Tuesday
Well first there's no guarantee they LF right on top of each other at this time. Second Marco has 48-60 hrs left. Third if they do LF in the same area it would be Laura exacerbating the conditions so they would really need to be discussed in the Laura thread. Fourth its asking a lot for everyone to preface their posts with Laura or Marco. 2 threads aren't that hard to navigate, if this were back to back significant winter events we wouldn't have 1 threadHow? People couldn't just say it's for Laura or Marco?
Slightly east of GFS position.....consistently in the 930s....???Lol spoke too soon ? 935 mbView attachment 46992
Just west of GFS......comes off the islands at 996....?AND ILL RAISE YOU 12MB

You cannot make absolute statements about tropical systems. These things are too unpredictable. Not happening.
It’s the winter equivalent of saying 3 days out that the rain snow line will be over X location. You cannot make absolute statements about tropical systems. These things are too unpredictable.
True look how the NHC is reacting with big changes. I feel like more surprises are coming in track because of the pinwheel effect. You cannot make absolute statements about tropical systems. These things are too unpredictable.
