Summer is here to stay. Upper low season has all but vanished and given way to static ridging for as far as the eye can see. A lengthy period of sweltering summer days is upon us.

Nah looks like any other time over my house
Hail at my house the other day...one of the middle sized stones.
Today looks similar, hrrr does show better mid level LRs tho and increases 3km shear a tad to around 5-15 kts, and some slightly better flow in the mid levels (still weak) maybe some weak cool pool organization with today’s multicells ?

Idk but with a uncapped, high cape environment later I wanna bet several areas will see storms later, especially with OFBs that develop, although areas more south have better chances today

Tried that need more. Maybe if I get into 6-7000 range I'll get some CU

Yup I saw a few CU outside
new tripod is a beast, 8ft !!! hopefully can test it out later and get good results using it

The HRRR looks a little off right now in north Georgia.
Can I manage to score twice in a row? Finally, these are the OG NC summers that I remember. Storms firing in the higher elevations and making their way to the Piedmont by late afternoon/evening. Marginal risk as well, did we finally break that awful pattern?
Maybe man, this cape is huggeee, wondering if there could maybe be a 5000 before some minor BL mixing occurs, really liking this pattern tho
That's way higher than yesterday's CAPE. If we can't score with that amount of energy than something is off. LOL.

Small shot on Tuesday maybe since some weak forcing will pass from some energy to our north, probably a nice enhanced lee trough type day with good multicells
I am okay with that. That's what we saw yesterday and I did well. Damn, these towers are really going up fast today!
Worth noting that there is some weak energy/Vort moving in 
MLCAPE 2500 SBCAPE 3500 LI -7 MLLR 5.5-6 PWAT 2.0 still can't get it done
