Yeah more rain means more humidity, but at least it keeps the temps in check right ? I mean its hard to get to 100 degrees with a wet ground. In fact, every time i've experienced 100 degree heat it was associated with dry weather.

Cloud cover in the summer is a beautiful thing ! That summer sun can just be unbearable.

another thing worth pointing out is that summer t-storms bring cooler to colder air aloft towards he surface ...

Only about 16 days until the Summer Solstice and then we start losing daylight and the sun angle gets lower
